Jordan Clayton from the US Department of Agriculture's Natural Resources Conservation Service joins Nell and Chris on This Green Earth to discuss the Utah Climate and Water Report for the month of May. Clayton is one of the authors of the report and he explains why our reservoirs are relatively full while drought-like conditions are growing across the state.
