Hosts Lynn Ware Peek and Tim Henney started today's episode with a conversation with a group of accomplished runners and their parents. These kids have set world records and can tick off a 5K in about 16 minutes - some of them actually beat Tim Henney during the annual 4th Of July Fun Run. Next up, they spoke with Zelda La Grange, author of Good Morning Mr. Mandela. She was Nelson Mandela's long-time personal assistant and honorary 'granddaughter.'
