Lynn Ware Peek and Tim Henney speak with Todd Hageman,  technical director for the Tour of Utah; he’ll talk about this year’s course and where the 53,000 vertical feet of climbing will take the professional cyclists on the 7-day, 704-mile stage race.

Then we speak with Michael Pollan, he’s the author of many books on where our food comes from – including  The Omnivore’s Dilemma: A Natural History of Four Meals.  It’s the 10 year anniversary of the book and Pollan will join us to talk about how things have changed in our food industry since it was published.

Finally, It’s a book about camping – but not just any book.  It’s called,  Under the Stars, How American Fell in Love with Camping.  We’ll be joined by Dan White, professor of writing who details the history and the beauty of camping on the eve of the 100th anniversary of America's National Parks.
