Utah State School Board Anti Gay Laws Leave LGBTQ Children Open to Abuse at School

Equality Utah and 3 plaintiffs filed a law suit against the Utah office of Education claiming some of the curriculum laws are unconstitutional because they bar teachers and students from having positive conversations about homosexuality. The claim is that these laws allow bullying and potential harm to come to children who are gay or transgender.  KPCW's
