Today, Lynn and Guest co-host Chris Cherniak start the program by talking about Optimized Fat Metabolism and a talk Wednesday evening in Park City on the topic.  They are joined by Karin Carestia of Alpine Apothecary and Peter Defty.  Then Marlene Hatch, who runs Park City Hospital’s physical therapy department, talks about an upcoming running clinic on April 22. Finally, Dr. Terry Wahls, a doctor who was diagnosed with MS came up with the Wahls Protocol which focused on her MS and got her out of her wheelchair.  She discusses her book, The Wahls Protocol Cooking for Life.
