  Summit County Council member, Doug Clyde has an update on the council meeting which includes discussion on the new frontage road proposals for the Bitner access to Silver Creek. He gives a detailed explanation of the complicated state transit tax increase proposed by the state legislature last session.  Chris Herrod is one of two Primary Republican candidates for US House District 3 which is a seat currently held by John Curtis who won the special election in November.  He and Curtis are facing off in this Primary Election coming up on June 26th. This congressional seat opened early due to Jason Chaffetz' resignation in June 2017. Executive Director for the Park Silly Sunday Market, Kate McChesney tells us about the r season opening and 12th anniversary of the market on Main Street.  New merchants, new beverages and new food vendors are on the docket.  The market runs June 4th through September 23rd.
