Mother Sentenced To Three Years Probation

A 25-year-old mother who took controlled substances during her pregnancy, leaving her newborn son with addiction problems, has been sentenced in Third District Court to three years probation, including about 10 months in the Summit County Jail. Judge Todd Shaughnessy handed down the sentence Monday to Constance Villa. Rick Brough has more.
