The Summit County Attorney's office has reached a settlement with long-time area rancher Steve Osguthorpe on charges that he was responsible for two dog-bite incidents that took place in the fall of 2008 on trails in the Canyons Resort area. The county and Osguthorpe signed onto a 'diversion agreement" which calls on the rancher to meet a couple of conditions. But Osguthorpe still denies guilt in the agreement and vigorously rejects the county's allegations. Rick Brough has more
