Summit County is contemplating capital road projects costing up to $152 million in its Transportation Master Plan up to the year 2030. An Important part of paying for that is the Transportation Impact Fee set on new business in the Basin. But some businesses have been disgruntled about paying the fee. Rick Brough has more.
