Attorneys Grapple Over Talisker's Corporate Structure

As we've reported, Park City Mountain Resort was granted a motion Wednesday to amend their lawsuit against Talisker Land Holdings. As part of the arguments in Third District Court, opposing attorneys jousted over the details of the complicated corporate structure that now oversees Talisker, the Canyons Resort, and the ski mountain leased by the Park City Mountain Resort.
