About 100 people turned out before the Summit County Council Wednesday night to discuss whether the Highland Estates neighborhood should be zoned to allow home-based small-contracting businesses.
With a majority of the speakers against the charge, Council Chair Claudia McMullin told the crowd they haven't decided on any rezone or even if they're going to consider any changes for home-based businesses. Rick Brough has more.
