Court Fight Still Focused on Park City Mountain Resort Lease

As we've reported, a court fight the last year and a half has focused on whether the Park City Mountain Resort has a continued valid lease of 3700 acres of its ski mountain. In the meantime, the Mountain Resort has continued to use the ski terrain, while rent payments to the landlord, Talisker, have been refused. In its recent court filing, Talisker gave some further details about the rent dispute. Rick Brough has more.
