Attorneys for the Park City Mountain Resort filed an amended lawsuit last week against Talisker Land Holdings, in the resort's effort to maintain its leases on over 3,000 acres of its ski terrain.
The revamped lawsuit has added five new corporate defendants, tied to Talisker or Vail Resorts, and alleges that the Mountain Resort's rights under its leases have been violated, because Talisker has sold or transferred the property to a third party.
Part of the new lawsuit has been blacked out, in the copy available to the public. Rick Brough has more.
