Summit County Council Works To Settle A Tax Dispute With The Montage

The Summit County Council on Wednesday passed a series of agreements, to settle a tax dispute with Talisker's Empire Pass Hotel, the Montage. The county and half-a-dozen other taxing entities have to return taxes to the Montage over the dispute - an amount totaling nearly $1.7 million. Rick Brough has more.
