Council Member Chris Robinson Comfortable with County's Fund Balances

During work sessions of Summit County's 2014 budget, Council Member Chris Robinson was concerned that the county has enough of an outstanding fund balance. With a final public hearing coming up this week, Robinson is saying he's satisfied that the county isn't spending down on its "seed corn." Rick Brough has more.
