For the second time in recent months, the judge presiding over Park City's ski resort court battle has reviewed internal documents from Park City Mountain Resort, and determined they are priviledged and confidential. That mean they can't be disclosed to attorneys for Talisker.
In the meantime, though, Talisker has made a different request for records from Park City Mountain. The issue will be argued before the court Monday morning. Rick Brough has more.
