As we've reported, litigation wars have broken out at the Sky Lodge Hotel, between the group of time-share owners now running the Home Owners Association, and the Lodge's owner Ken Abdalla.
The first skirmish took place in Third District Court Wednesday, as opposing attornyes and Judge Ryan Harris hammered out some ground rules on how the two groups will operate together at the Lodge. Rick Brough has more.
