PCMR Made A Mistake On Their Lease Expire

Third District Court Judge Ryan Harris covered a lot of topics in his 80+ page opinion last week, but a principal finding is that Park City Mountain Resort mistakenly let the lease expire on over 3,000 acres of their ski mountain.
How did it happen? The judge's ruling says the answer is still elusive. Rick Brough has more.
