Jasper Discusses An Underpass For Highway 40

The Summit County Council, meeting on Wednesday with representatives of UDOT, will discuss several road projects. One of those is a Highway 40 underpass that hopefully will be a boon for pedestrians and wildlife. Rick Brough has more.
