County Council Hears About Tesoro's Plea

Summit County staffers are working up a draft ordinance they hope can apply some oversight to the proposed Tesoro Oil Pipeline.
The Council plans to discuss that further next week - after they were visited by some residents in last Wednesday's Public Comment, who urged them to put Tesoro's feet to the fire. Rick Brough has more.
