Water Consumption Has Decreased In Park City

Park City has seen a unusual amount of rainfall the last several weeks which seems to have produced an unusual decline in water consumption. The city water department believes it's because, residents are much more aware of their consumption and are turning off water when it's not needed. Lynn Ware Peek has more.
