Jasper Comes Up With An Agreement With Tesoro Pipelines

The Tesoro Oil Company may have a lawsuit pending against Summit County, but according to County Manager Bob Jasper, they are willing to look at a different alignment for their proposed oil pipeline through the county. Rick Brough has more.
