Now that Vail Resorts has announced it's planning a skier connection from Canyons Resort to the Park City Mountain Resort, a lot of people are wondering what legal process the plan has to go through.
Deputy County Attorney Jamie Bracken shed some light on that - saying that the Specially-Planned Area approval for Canyons doesn't have to be re-opened. Rick Brough has more.
