Body Cams Used By Sheriff Department

Police officer shootings of civilians have become a major issue, across the nation and in Utah, and body cams on officers are an important tool to evaluate the incidents. Summit County Sheriff Dave Edmunds said the cams are used in his department.  Rick Brough has more.
