Myers Convicted For Killing Pregnant Girlfriend

A defendant convicted of a homicide in Summit County 20 years ago is headed back to a Third District courtroom.  Calvin Lee Myers has filed a petition from prison asking that his rights to appeal his sentence be reinstated.  Rick Brough has more.
