Banksy Vandal Sentenced

A  California man convicted of damaging two Banksy paintings on Main Street was sentenced Monday to five years of probation.   Thirty-six-year-old David William Noll will also be required to pay restitution and serve 100 hours of community service.  Rick Brough has more.
