Talisker Sued for $164 Million

Wells Fargo Bank has filed suit to foreclose on nearly a dozen companies affiliated with Talisker and the Tuhaye golf development in Summit and Wasatch counties, alleging that the defendants have defaulted on a debt of nearly $164 million.  The lawsuit filed in Third District Court asks that a Receiver be placed in charge of the Tuhaye property (and other collateral pledged by the defendants) and that a sheriff's sale be conducted in both counties.  KPCW's Rick Brough has more.
