Eastern Summit County Candiates File

On the east side of Summit County, the filing window closed Monday for five cities holding council elections this year. The results varied - from Coalville - which saw a strong turnout of contenders - to Henefer, which somehow has to fill tow council seats this year because no one applied.  Rick Brough has more.
