Be Wise Energize Program Stalls

The Summit County Council spent a lot of time reviewing the Be Wise Energize program, but didn't take any official steps to move it forward. Council members agree there are still too many questions and loose end. During the public hearing, Citizens asked why there's a need for it and staff agreed that the item needed to be continued.
