Solar User Against Rocky Mtn Power Surcharge

With a rise in the number of solar arrays on residences across the state, Rocky Mountain Power proposes a surcharge – claiming those who power their homes with solar energy need to pay their fair share for the grid.  One Park City resident plans to fight the surcharge saying it sends the wrong message about sustainable energy.   Lynn Ware Peek has more.
