Sewage started seeping out of a manhole on State Route 248 near the intersection with U.S. Route 40 on Wednesday, November 11. The cause of the problem won't be fixed for a few days, but Snyderville Basin Water Reclamation District General Manager Mike Leurs says crews have a handle on the situation.
