Trails Leader: Dog Lovers Need to Speak Up

Is there a crackdown underway on off-leash dogs on Park City trails?  Some residents spoke to the Summit County Council about the issue this week.  They complained about what they call overly-aggressive ticketing by local law enforcement.  And now the head of the nonprofit group in charge of many of Park City area trails shares his opinion on the matter.  KPCW's Renai Bodley has more.
