The Synderville Planning Commission will host a public hearing Tuesday, December 8, on a new plan for the former site of the Snowed Inn and Colby School. The owners of the property have applied to redevelop and expand the property with a restaurant, event center and more than three dozen overnight cabins. The public hearing will be at 6pm at the Sheldon Richins Building. KPCW's Rick Brough has more:
