The East Side Planning Commission voted 4 to 3 to recommend amendments to the Planning Code. The changes now go to the county council, and the debate between citizens will likely continue there. The differing positions were heard at last Thursday's East Side Commission meeting, which drew about 80 people. KPCW's Rick Brough has the story.
