School District Gets Lower Rate on Bond

It appears Wasatch County taxpayers may have benefited from good timing in the financial markets.  The bond to build two new schools and a community pool was just sold at a lower interest rate than anticipated.    That means a projected annual cost of $198.45 on an average primary residence valued at $296,000 is now projected to be 10% less, or $178.61.  KPCW's Renai Bodley has more:
