Rocky Mountain Powerline Runs into Conflict

Rocky Mountain Power is hoping that its planned upgrade of a major transmission line through Summit County goes into service by late-2017, to supply increased capacity in Summit and Wasatch counties. That includes a disagreement with a group of landowners, and an appeal over a section of the line, going to the Summit County Council. Rick Brough has more.
