Summit County Republicans Apologize

An unknown number of Summit County Republican voters were turned away at Tuesday's caucus after being told that voting had ended - an hour before the published time that voting was to take place. The party has since apologized that it happened, but the party chairman says he was just following the rules. Leslie Thatcher has the story.
