Summit County has singed an option to purchase the Cline-Dahle parcel, just past Jeremy Ranch Elementary along the Rasmussen frontage road. County officials say they're acquiring the parcel, of nearly 30 acres, to look at solutions for traffic congestion and affordable housing. Rick Brough has more.
