The Snyderville Planning Commission Tuesday night didn't come to a decision about a request for vested rights on three lots in lower Silver Creek. Commission Chair Bea Peck said it was difficult deciding what was basically a quasi-legal question, since the background facts go back over fifty years. KPCW's Rick Brough has more:
