Park City Heights Homes are Sitting Pretty But Very Empty

The development of Park City Heights – which includes 79  affordable housing units -  has stalled over the years. And even with a dozen homes completed this summer, no one has closed on a unit as the developer,  Ivory Homes, and Park City hammer out an agreement as tohow much those units should sell for. Now, waiting families fear they could end up homeless. KPCW’s Melissa Allison has more.
