Utah Legislature Passes Bill that Lowers Blood Alcohol Level to .05

On Wednesday, the Utah Legislature passed HB 155 which lowers the legal Blood Alcohol Content, or BAC,  from .08  to .05. The law will take effect December 30th 2018.  It will make Utah the only state in the country with this low of a limit.  Carolyn Murray has more:
