South Point, a large residential, commercial, and hotel project proposed for Brown's Canyon, was introduced Thursday at a public hearing before the East Side Planning Commission. In the public hearing, the project caught flak from almost everyone that commented. But before that, the developers presented details, and what they see as benefits from the proposal.
