South Point Development Challenged to Show Benefits in Work Session

The East Side Planning Commission has decided that their next meeting on the proposed South Point project in Brown's Canyon will be a work session, with intent to look into the details of the plan. However, after last week's public hearing, East Side commissioners were clear that the developers must show the benefits of the project. Rick Brough has more.
