PCHS Wrongful Dismissal Suit Reaches Conclusion

The federal lawsuit filed against the Park City School District by former Park City High principal Hilary Hays has come to a confidential settlement. However, there's still a big question mark hanging over the resolution. Due to the size of the settlement, it's been referred to Governor Gary Herbert to be ratified. The parties in the dispute haven't heard from the governor's office yet -- after nearly four months of waiting. Rick Brough has more.
