A new political party called United Utah is trying to get on the ballot for Utah's special election this year, following the resignation of District Three Congressman Jason Chaffetz. This has brought the party into a legal conflict with the Lieutenant Governor's office, headed up by Spencer Cox. Rick Brough has more on Cox's comments to KPCW.
