The Park City staff recommended an amendment to the ordinance that would put a cap on the number of chain stores in the historic district at Thursday’s meeting. The majority of public comments came from people not supportive of the amendments but even so, council decided to approve it - but only after tweaking it. KPCW’s Melissa Allison has more.
