Chain Store Ordinance Turns Into Lawsuit Over Alleged Improper Notice

Two Main Street property owners have filed suit against the new Park City ordinance limiting the number of chain stores in the area. The suit says the city didn't give proper notice for the meetings that approved the new law, and plaintiffs didn't have a chance to give their input. Rick Brough has more.
