Noise Abatement Wall Goes Out To A Vote

For months, UDOT has studied the noise impacts an additional climbing lane will have on nearby property owners on I-80 near the Jeremy Ranch exit. Now UDOT will  be asking them to vote on how they want to mitigate the noise.  Carolyn Murray has this:
