Rail Trail Responsibilities Rescinded From Mountain Trails Foundation

The Mountain Trails Foundation has been taking care of the Park City Rail Trail for several years. But now Utah State Parks has awarded the contract to another entity, and Mountain Trails director Charlie Sturgis takes issue with that. Rick Brough has more.
