On Wednesday, the Summit Land Conservancy announced closing two new conservation easements in the Old Ranch Hills neighborhood. The property is located on the north facing hillside overlooking Old Ranch road and is adjacent to the Risner Ridge and Round Valley open space. Carolyn Murray has this report:
